We are very much aware how important it is to property sellers that an accurate report is prepared and the correct rating given to their home and can assure you that the assessor is fully qualified to conduct a Domestic Energy Assessment. This qualification requires the DEA to have proven by way of exam and practical course work that they are competent to undertake the necessary assessment and produce an Energy Performance Certificate. The methodology used is called "Reduced Data Sap" (RDSAP) and requires a number of calculations after close inspection and survey of the building.
